Description of Work: We wanted to reface our existing cabinets which were 16 years old and not great quality. We worked with Debbie Allen, who has extensive knowledge about how to create a better kitchen. It was less expensive to tear out the old cabinets and get new ones, so that is what we did. The work was well-coordinated; the tear-out was fast and the new cabinets just took a few days. The installer, Loren, is a perfectionist and the cabinets look wonderful. His work is top-notch.

+ -1 moreThe job was not managed from the beginning to the end. The General Contractor, Devon, did not coordinate with the subs on the job. It ended up all the contractors were confused and had to re-do work. In the middle of the remodle, Devon quit working for Selkirk Glass. Before he quit, he totally trashed the company and then walked out on my incomplete job. I called Selkirk ASAP, but the only person that seemed very concerned was my salesperson, Debbie. The top management, after months of problems, finally came out to see the job. At that time, I was told they are new to the kitchen remodel market, and are trying to figure out how to manage their jobs.......too bad I didnt know that in advance! The only great customer service was with Debbie Allen, the sales person. I would work with her again, if she was with a different company.
Description of Work: Complete kitchen remodel with new cabinets, counters, plumbing, electrical drywall, etc.
