About us

We currently have 6 employees. We will sub contract out some work if needed (such as a plumber). We are fully licensed, insured, and so are all of our employees and subs. Billing is every two weeks or as otherwise arranged and we do except credit cards. 20% down is required for initial materials unless otherwise arranged.

Rust Tile & Stone is a full tile and stone installation company. We offer warranty programs and will do anything from simple backsplashes to full custom tile designs. We can also order the tile materials for you through our many resources. Our company also has the equipment and training to do full tile, grout, and stone maintenance and restoration.

Description of Work: Very high quality workmanship, but not very considerate of our home. Workers were careless in damaging walls, and did a poor job of cleaning up grout on cabinets, floors, and even the ceiling.

I am very sorry to hear that our crew did not hold up our standards of care for your home. Taking care of your home and keeping the install as clean as possible is one of the most important things we stress to our employees. Sometimes we have multiple jobs going at once and as owners cant be at every one every day. However it is our crews job to maintain the level of professionalism as if we are looking over their shoulders the whole time. We will most definitely address this immediately and make sure it does not happen again.
