+ -1 moreThey spent 20 minutes looking at the furnace and did some minor work definitely not worth the $150.00. I felt like I was ripped off and that they were more focused about making money than fixing my furnace. I wouldn't use them in the future, I heard Johnsonville heating actually knows what they are doing!

Description of Work: New forces air heating. The very professional crew was constantly pulled from job. A quoted 5 day job took over 3 months to complete. Only 2 of the months were there fault. Kept dropping us from schedule. Management kept making excuses.

+ 0 moreWhen they installed the new furnace, they said that the duct work was poorly done. They were the ones that installed it a few years before that so they were telling on themselves. Overcharged on the pipe for water heater. We had two 40 gallon propane water heaters installed and they routed the pipes incorrectly so that more propane was required to heat the water thereby costing more. I would never use them again., even though it has been several years.
Description of Work: installed new furnace and new blackpipe for water heater.

His crew is knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful at explaining the system. I am very pleased with the work and will continue to use his services. First class operator.
Description of Work: Complete system review, repaired and insulated all duct work, and connected a vent installed incorrectly. The work was extensive.

+ -1 moreMechanic did not show for scheduled appointment - problem was in scheduling at the office...they booked my appointment, but for got to put it "on the board" so no one showed up. Once rescheduled for another day, technician showed up on time, conducted the work promptly and explained all his findings and recommendations to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Went under crawlspace to find and repair disconnected/broken HVAC duct. Performed annual service check and diagnosis of HVAC (heat pump) system...found inoperative humidifer and electronic air filter.
