 + -1 moreTechnician investigated crawl space and attic. Found no evidence of infestation. Spread a dehydrating bait throughout attic and basement, so that if rodents enter and eat, they leave the house seeking a water source and don't have a reason to return.

Description of Work: Northern States Pest and Weed Control responded to my request to treat the crawl space for carpenter ants. After the spraying, about two weeks later, all the ants were gone. He also sprayed outside around the perimeter of the house and on the open porch. | |I recommend this company for under house pest spraying.

Description of Work: My house to spray for bugs spider and bees. I have used this company for many years and have always got excellent service. I do not like spiders at all and I live out of town and after they cone and spray I never have to worry. Great pricing and wiling to work with you schedule. Thank you northern states

Description of Work: Pest (bug & ant) spray of inside & outside of 4000 SF home, shop building and garden shed. Very professional applicator - provided lots of information as well as actual spray service. Used power sprayer to reach all outside eaves and crevices. Warned us in advance that spray could leave a residue on windows - gave us the choice to spray above windows or not. Price a little higher than I would like, but he applied almost 10 gallons of spray product to the 3 buildings. 2 months later, we have seen dramatically fewer cinch bugs and ants around our house.

 + -1 moreWhile the issue was ants, it was a pleasant bonus that it killed any spiders that were in the house as well. The only thing that could have been done better was to explain what they were doing and what to expect. They came, did the job, and left. I like to understand a bit more about the process, and since the job was done while we were not home, I think the person who took our order and scheduled it should make it part of her process to go over it with the customer. Just some advice to boost the professional B up to an A.
Description of Work: Provider came in May to exterminate carpenter ants. The ant issue was very big. We were told that they would come again if we started seeing ants again during the same season, for free. Provider then came back in June for no additional cost and retreated. The extent of the ant issue required the second application. Provider has a subscription service for $150 year which I signed up for now.
