I recently bought a rental property and within 3 weeks of closing I got a call from my tenant that her kitchen was flooded. I had my handyman take a look and he found that it was coming from a pipe in the foundation underneath the sink. He said a licensed plumber would have to fix it. I call pretty much every plumber in Sandpoint and they're all booked out 1-2 weeks. Nightmare scenario. I finally talk to Kris and he's got a busy schedule too but he says to me he'll stop by and take a look in between jobs the next day. He stopped by like he said and assessed the leak and said he could stop by the following day in the evening after another job and fix it. Sure enough, true to his word he fixed the leak and got my tenant's water back on. Can't recommend Kris enough. Don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found him.

He did not have the needed parts. Could not get the needed parts locally. Tried to do repairs with what he had. Unsuccessful. Did not charge me because he was unable to complete the work.

I found Kris on Angie's List and gave him a call at 4:30 on Saturday evening. He answered and said he'd be here in half an hour. He was right on time and told us it would be parts ($20-$30) plus 1 hour labor at $80 per hour. He was right on with parts and time and explained the issues. He was super nice with our boys and dog as well. He fixed the leak and did a great job. Will definitely hire Kris again!

He arrived on time, did the job within the time he estimated. He was very professional His fees were very reasonable and he did an excellent job. I will certainly call him again if needed and will recommend him to my neighbors and friends.

We're so satisfied with his service and professionalism that we'll use him again and recommend him to our neighbors in the homeowners association! The additional services he provided were not part of what we requested for the service call, just something we remembered to ask about when he got here (and appreciate his help with both issues).

They are fantastic. I have been to two different locations. That campus is very easy to get to and there is really easy parking. They are just super friendly. They have always gotten me in and out. They explain everything very clearly. They are very good to the kids. They schedule depending on the injury. They are wonderful. I am happy that I have access to them.

Sink working great. Kris will be who we call again when we gut and remodel the kitchen. He is a superior plumber. His prices are very fair and the quality of his work shows.

We called him on Monday and set appointment for Wednesday for estimate. He was prompt, polite and very professional. Job completed in the morning!
