Description of Work: Called for emergency well pump repair - was told by the tech that their well pump hoist truck was out of service and being repaired. Since he couldn't do the service call, the tech very nicely walked me through some troubleshooting procedures over the phone and we discovered the pump disconnect fuses had blown. Gave me a number to call him back if replacing the fuses didn't work...which it didn't. More troubleshooting over the phone led to a diagnosis of a leak in the well pipe. Unfortunately we couldn't wait for the hoist truck to be repaired, so we went with another company.

Description of Work: put in a well. Cost was supposed to be 13,000 He "didn't add the cost of the pump" really. very unprofessional/....
