Don was able to do a home inspection for a 3800 sf house we were considering buying the day after I called him. He spent about 4 hours there taking many pictures. He was punctual, VERY thorough, and professional. Even though he was there from about noon to 4pm, he was able to provide us the very detailed 37 page report late that same night. He welcomed me tagging along and pointing things out and asking questions. He knows his codes and his limits. He is one of two licensed home inspectors in Sandpoint. Don't be fooled by his age; he moves right along and climbs up on the roof and into the attic and crawl spaces. I would not hesitate to hire him again.
