After our initial assessment, Jarrett from Aqua plumbing, visited the site and concluded that a complete line replacement was necessary. While I initially held reservations about this diagnosis, I subsequently contacted Jared the owner of Aqua plumbing. Jared made a significant effort, traveling from Sandpoint to the site (a considerable distance), to independently verify Jarrett assessment. He dedicated approximately five hours – including travel time and on-site troubleshooting – to thoroughly investigate the issue. His diligent work confirmed Jarrett’s diagnosis of the required line replacement. I deeply appreciate Jared’s commitment to resolving this issue and his generous contribution of time and expertise at no additional cost.
