+ -1 moreI called Housley's late in the day March 17, they returned my call on the 18th and showed up within 15 minutes. The Service technician Ron or, was friendly, personable, and very thorough. Ron not only performed the service we asked him to, he also fixed two additional issues with our kitchen sinks. We were unable to to test both the disposal and the dishwasher as we need to contact an electrician to fix whatever electrical problem exists. Housley's were quick, efficient, friendly, and thorough. I would happily recommend them to others.
Description of Work: We ask Housleys to remove an old garbage disposal and replace it with one we had recently purchased. Additionally, we asked them to make sure that the dishwasher was plumbed correctly. We knew that the existing garbage disposal and dishwasher had never been used, but we didn't know why. Additionally, we knew The electrical outlet supporting both units wasn't working, but we didn't know if that was the only issue. The service technician removed the old garbage disposal replacing it with the new and additionally had to replace some pipes under the sink as they weren't up to code and the sinks weren't draining properly. He also replaced the sink strainer and basket in the second sink as the seal was worn out and the sink was leaking.

+ -1 moreWe needed a whole new heating system in our home. Richard, the owner, came out to our home to help us decide which system would be best for us and how much each of them would cost. Once we decided, he gave us a quote. It took him a week to do it, but we had to cut vent holes in the floor - some of which were through 4 inches of pure concrete - and put in vents along with the heater unit install. In order to cut some costs, he let my husband be his second hand for the job. We loved that he was able to learn about what we were getting so he could better maintain it. In the end, the cost was a few hundred more than quoted, but he kept to his quote and didn't charge us the extra. The one thing I didn't really like was that you have to pay the balance when service is completed in full. He doesn't allow payments. Other than that it was a great experience.
