+ 0 moreContinues to have a negative impact. This company is hauling from a gravel pit approximately 10 miles from their work site. The road noise, traffic hazards, dust, diesel etc begins at approximately 0800 each day and continues well past 1700. Because the JERKS in the Bonneville County planning and Zoning Office, as well as the County Commissioners approved the establishment of gravel pit in a heavy residential area...they have turned the entire route of N 15th E, with several hundred residents, into an industrial zone.
Description of Work: This provider owns a gravel pit up on N 15th E. They have continued to haul off this site without regard to keeping the noise and dust down. This is a direct negative affect on homeowners in the area. Apparently they failed to provide the proper turn lane plans to the County Planning office as required by the Findings and Fact document. They also started to haul off this pit prior to obtaining a Use Permit. They haul for several hours in front of homes whose residents are elderly, and unable to afford the prospect of selling their homes and moving. Apparently this debauchery is attached to the well know Frank Vandersloot IDIOT!
