DENO'S SEPTIC TANK CLEANING

Great overall experience. Have used these guys before. Previous owners who homesteaded this place in the early 50's have always had these guys service/repair the homes' septic system. Toilet backed up late one evening. Called them in the morning and made my appointment for that afternoon(Saturday). Service guy called and wanted meet me sooner since he knew his next job would put him here later then the 2:00 pm appointment. I was not at home so we arranged an time other then the original time. He did arrive prior to the 2nd appointment time. He went right to work with his sewer snake tool. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The sewer main line is failing due to it's age and the composition of the pipe. I listened to him and ask a few questions in the regards to the pipe material. What he explained to me was the same thing that another co worker explained to me that was here, to do the same thing, in July 2011. He worked a few minutes more than his allotted one hour time. I was not charged an extra fee, I offered to pay him for his extra time but he refused to accept any other monies, and with same friendly voice that introduced himself and said "hello" upon arrival said "thanks for calling me" and a he was on his way.

They found where the tank was, dug there, lifted the cover saw that it needed pumping ....checked to see if the line was plugged on way to drain flield ......fixed the problem...we are delighted...... they have come in the past to clean lines and always did a great job. There's a lot to be said about using a company local that has built up their business and has a good reputation. Quality people that do quality work. They have been to our home various times over the 25 years that we have lived her for many different reasons. We have always been satisfied.......
