+ 3 moreWe were pleased with the work performed in quality and speed. Mark never left a mess after a day of work. Estimates were accurate and well planned. Work was begun on time and completed on time. We have had him do several other small jobs since and are pleased with the quality of the work and his professionalism.
Description of Work: Had a flood in the basement due to a burst water pipe. Mark came and gave us an estimate based on the damage he was able to see and estimate needed done. We submitted his estimate to our insurance and it was approved. Mark started the work on time and after tearing out the drywall he discovered additional work was needed. He gave us an amended estimate which was sumbitted and approved. The work needed included removing drywall on all walls from the floor up two feet and replacing the drywall. Replacing all ceiling drywall, finishing drywall ready for paint. He also removed aand replaced wall cabinets in the kitchen and completely remodeled the bathroom including removing all fixtures and replacing or installing new fixtures. This required moving a wall to facilate a new shower. All work was done without problems and with no additional urgeing by homeowner. He finished the work on the date estimated. When a small problem surfaced he was quick to return and correct the problem. Mark Allen is a true professional in every aspect. He is personable, clean, pleasant to be around and does an excellent job of completing the work and cleaning up after work is completed.
