"BEWARE. We hired Mike to replace a deck which he said he could complete in 2 months. Mike went MIA for two months with the deck unfinished, not level, and buckling. After over 9 months, with the deck still incomplete and well below industry standards, we agreed that Mike would dismantle what he completed so that a competent contractor could build it correctly. Unfortunately, in addition to sloppy workmanship, Mike cut an electrical line, covered an active water sprinkler, compromised another structure in the process, left electrical supplies exposed to weather which ruined them, and left many of the new deck boards with holes, screws and nails sticking out. To this day, Mike refuses to return any of the money he was paid."
