Sumo Moving

When the truck was full, they commented that two large mirrors were left so I stated I would take them. I also had a trailer to take more items, however they insinuated that all large items were loaded. NOT TRUE! There were at least 8 large items left. One of the crew came into various looking for small items which I told them we would take. We got together a small group of people and rented a U-haul to bring the remaining items to storage. That is when we found many personal items that we needed for short term strewn about. We spent two days trying to find the items set aside for us and we have not located some of them. To be found in the storage unit eventually, I hope. The lead was good, however the other 2 team members were not with it. This is not the same moving company we used about 19 years ago. NEVER AGAIN!

AS FAR AS I'M CONCERN SUMO MOVING COMPANY IS TOP NOTCH. THEY DID A LOT OF SMALL THINGS LOTS OF BIG THINGS AND NEVER TOOK A BREAK. AND FINISH RIGHT ON TIME EVEN THOUGH I HAD THEM DO MORE THAN THEY WERE SUPPOSE. I WILL DIFFENTLY USE THEM AGAIN AND TOOK CARDS TO PEOPLE I KNOW THAT NEEDED WORK DONE. THEY WERE RIGHT ON THE NOSE ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS TO ME ESPECIALLY I'M HANDICAP.I WANT TO THANK THEM VERY MUCH. I'M IN TEARS THE BEST SERVICE HERE SINCE I MOVE HERE 28 YEARS AGO.

They had a very small scheduling glitch which we sorted out with no issue; in fact them being a few minutes late was perfect because the piano movers were late. The Sumo guys did a fabulous job packing our stuff. In fact, the movers in the next city who unloaded commented at length what a good job these guys did. I don't live in the area but I would use Sumo again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Matt and his crew showed up on time and immediately got to work. They competed the move within the estimated time and were very careful handling our household goods. I would highly recommend them and will use Sumo Moving for any of my future moving needs.

The movers showed up on time and began moving items from the house to the truck almost immediately. Matt was very careful to pad all of the furniture to prevent scratches and dents. At the new house, the movers carried much of the furniture down stairs into the basement. They also moved a metal cabinet from the garage to the basement for us. They were very careful when moving a 650 pound safe down the stairs to the basement to not damage the stairs or walls. They placed all items and boxes where we asked them to, and moved items for us when we changed our mind on the final location where we wanted them. All of the movers were very polite and helpful. We will call them again if we need any help moving anything.

nterthe problem was, the provider had cell phone trouble. got confused on the address , and droped the furniture at an assumed location, even thou he was told someone would meet him at the proper location. when he finally called he appolijized stating the phone issue and even worked after hours to make things right. I would use the mover again.

They wrapped all the furniture well and did not damage anything. They were professional and their rate was very reasonable. We loved the way did their job and we will further contact them for moving.

We needed a lot sheet rock moved ASAP from the downstairs to a close neighbors house. We called around 1 and by 1:15 they had called back and said they could be there in fifteen minuets since they were driving in town. They showed up and had 25 sheets of drywall moved out of the basement and delivered to a neighbors house in 45 minuets.Very professional and polite, would definitely recommend this company.

Never have I been more impressed. They were crazy awesome. I would not only recommend them, I would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were awesome. I would recommend to others because of their professionalism and their care. They have their own truck that they use. They package and wrap all the belongings, so that everything is very well secured. They handled the job very well. They were very efficient, punctual, and professional. The time that we setup, they were there. Their communication is very good. Overall, their price was really good. There were not too many prices that I could get and other people said I have to use my own truck. I used them because of their manpower, their equipment, and their price. I would rate them highly. I would definitely recommend them. I would use them again in the future.
