Prompt service and good work

Puricloud was very professional, responsive, and answered many questions that we had! We are a 24/7 working fire house and obviously aren't able to close down for treatment. Puricloud came in and treated the premises in timely fashion, and addressed all concerns! Would definitely recommend them (and already have)!

We had a mold issue that needed resolved. PuriCloud contacted us after we requested quotes for remediation companies through Home Adviser. Bryce, PuriCloud's rep in the area, gave us a very professional presentation and explained the science behind their product. We hired them due to their non-destructive approach to remediation. The cost was a bit steep but it was worth it. The remediation process was absolutely as described in the presentation; fast and clean. I waited to give my overall review, however, until after we received the results of an air quality test, performed after the remediation. WOW, the air quality was amazing. The air, in the room affected by the mold, was 25 times cleaner than an outside air sample and air samples taken elsewhere in the house were even cleaner. Definitely recommend PuriCloud, and Thank You Bryce.

Some confusion and communication issues at first, but spoke with Brad about my concerns. He offered to come back out to my house and provide additional services to make sure I was happy.

He was great very happy, they were very quick affordable than I thought it was going to be! Great customer service, quick to respond and they don't have to cut out drywall and it gets rid of viruses in the house and comes with a warranty.

Answered questions clearly and helpfully. Arrived late due to traffic, but called ahead well before the arrival time to give a heads-up. Note that they only do remediation, not repair/removal. It would be nice if they could help you coordinate with removal specialists to come in and do that step of the process once remediation is done. Overall, though, this is a great service, and I highly recommend it.

Excellent customer service! Their product works wonders abd saves me a lot of money and time

They performed the work and may have done the job in removing the mold. There are still areas of our basement which look like mold. We performed a test using a test kit and the results appear that it was not mold. But since we didn't send it to an independent lab, we can't be sure which is why we didn't rate as 5s. If it worked, they did a great job.
