Paul's Do It Better Auto Repair

Description of Work: We were having my wife's mail van serviced and when Paul was checking brakes and rotating tires he noticed a crack in the lower control arm. He called me and told me what he found and I had him order parts and fix the vehicle. Thanks to him paying attention to her vehicle he prevented her from having it break while she was delivering mail.

Description of Work: Paul has been doing work for me and my wife for over three years. My wife is a rural carrier for the U.S. Postal Service and after going to several different service providers we now only go to Paul's. He has done everything from front end work, fuel injection repair, transmission and drive train repair, to tune ups and oil changes. He even converted her mail van to right hand drive. He has worked on my 1998 and 2006 Dodge Dakotas, my 1989 Ford F-150, other autos, my four wheelers and lawn mowers, etc. He has been very responsive and fair. He quoted a price for the right hand drive conversion on my wifes mail delivery van and it ended up being much more complicated and time consuming than he or I thought and he stood by his quote. My wifes van had a break down in the brakes on a friday and he worked on Saturday so she would not have to use another vehicle on Monday and called us on Sunday to come and get the vehichle. Paul will work on Saturdays in the event of an emergency or by appointment. He has been extremely fair regarding pricing and as such does all our repair work on our cars, four wheelers, lawn mowing equipment, my boats, and even a chain saw. I have had my family bring vehicles to him for repair and reccommended him to other friends and as such his business is growing but the service has remained at a high standard of satisfaction.
