Advanced misdiagnosed our water leak and pressured us to buy an $11,000 water heater/ softener system when all we needed was a $140.00 repair to our air conditioning repair (which we later paid for). It took them way too long to do the install and get it certified. They finally gave a fraction off for the mid-diagnosis. We are retired on a fixed income. It was tough to come up with the funds needed for their mistake(s). It is very shameful about how we were treated.

Tech David was very professional and genuine in caring about my 85 yr old mother who had been without hot water for 3 days mid Nov. They took great care of her needs and communication as well as workmanship were top notch. Price was quite a bit more than expected, but it was an urgent need.

We had our furnace evaluate. Very thorough . Not good news but good to know things that could cause problems.

The plumber technician by the name of Logan who worked on replacing our two sink drains and faucets was very cordial and knowledgeable. His work was excellent and he was very professional. We really appreciated how thorough he was in explaining the repairs needed when he was checking out all of our plumbing and the work to be done. He took many pictures of problem areas so we could understand better. We would definitely recommend him to anyone needing this type of service.
