I feel that it is somewhat overpriced, but the execution and communication has been excellent and the job and clean-up done excellent. They have catered to my wishes both prior to install and changes made during install. They remove the lighting installed each year and store and return them the next year.

It looks beautiful. My sister did it for me. He was so kind and on top of everything. He did everything he said he would and he had a large crew that did the work. They went above and beyond. The person that ordered the tractors did not know the time to be there but they cleaned up well.

They set and got my sprinklers ready. They were very professional, very courteous and timely. They did a great job.

If you have a relatively small job, don't bother. Had an employee come about 6/21/2011 to do an estimate. Very courteous and seemed knowledgeable and made several recommendations. We were told that we'd have a bid emailed in a couple of days. Called that Friday, and was told that he hadn't had a chance to prepare the bid, but would have something the first of the following week. That passed without a bid. Called again on the 29th and was told we'd have a bid in few more days. Here it is July 2nd and still no bid. We realize this is a busy time of year, but a courtesy call or email letting us know we haven't been forgotten would have gone a long ways. Granted, it most likely isn't the scale of job costing into the several thousands, but if the job was too small, at least a phone call telling us so would be nice. We are now looking for another landscaper. Too bad, because their work is beautiful and outstanding.
