Prompt and professional. Showed up on time and got right to work. My carpets were dry within 1 hour. I believe the chairs will be dry by this evening. I first learned about this company 6 months ago. I had my carpets cleaned by them at that time and was so happy that I have scheduled to have them come every 6 months. They came today and I am pleased as I was the first time. There is no odor or residue from the cleaner. It is completely non-toxic. I have small grandchildren that crawl on my floors and it makes me happy to know that not only are my floors clean, but there are no harmful chemicals.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in 3 large bedrooms including walk in closets, 1 large living room/family room, 2 area rugs and 2 wing back chairs.
