+ -1 moreWe were quoted $2000 dollars and in the end paid $3500. We went with a local company for support. When one of the computers had to be taken in to be repaired 3 times. The final time they removed all of my programs, including printer software. They wanted $100 per month for support which should not be necessary for new equipment. We in turn, had to pay another company $250 to come and make it so that Computer care could not access our computers and change passwords. Not only did we pay them, we had to purchase new programs to access the information they saved.
Description of Work: They removed old information from defective computer, built 2 computers and did work on our laptops.
