I worked with Stephanie for scheduling-she was great. John bid and installed electric water heater- he was fantastic. I had a lot of questions and he politely answered them all. I will definitely work with them again. Timely, professional, and careful.

The gentleman who came was fast, he explained what he was doing, he was friendly and answered my questions in a kind and professional malnner. A good experience for me. I will call again if needed!

He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and obviously knew what he was doing. He made suggestions that improved the project. There was one project I didn't think about until he arrived and he graciously completed that project. I will hire him in the future. The cost I felt was very fair.

I had several shelves to be put up on the wall, and other small projects the my health condition prevents me doing. Steve was patient with me since it took me awhile to decide where to put the shelves. He did a beautiful job and I will call them again.

Steve installed a new vanity and a new toilet upstairs as well as removing a huge ugly microwave above the stove and installing a new range hood. He also did some smaller electrical and plumbing things in our new 1957 house that my husband asked of him, with great success. His service was wonderful -- he's low-key and patient and does really fine, careful work. His prices are unbeatable (we had other estimates). We loved him, and he's coming back to hang all new closet doors and install a back splash in the kitchen. We are brand new to Idaho Falls and didn't know where to turn, and HomeAdvisor sent us to the right place with AllAboutHomeRepairLLC and Steve. Also his office manager Stephanie is very responsive. Couldn't have asked for more (but we WILL ask for "more of him" as my husband thinks of new projects!)

Work was done fast, on the same day I contacted them to install the gas piping. The estimate was high, but since the work was completed within just a few hours, it was worth it.

I needed a repair right away and Steve worked me into his other jobs. He worked late in the evening to replace a section of floor under the toilet. I was very pleased with his work ethic.

He has done several different projects for us, and we are very pleased with everything he has done, with reasonable prices. He did a beautiful job; installed faucets, pipes replacement, leak repair, provided services for our well filter, and everything is working great.
