S.W.A.T is a company that listens to exactly what you want and need. He offered three seperate speaker systems and he gave his professional opinion on what we could use. And for what he had to do, the price was extremely reasonable. He cleaned up after himself, and his very friendly personality was great. I was really impressed by James because he called and was willing to come out on a Sunday to fix the problem. I basically knew what the issue was, just couldn't get the part anywhere and he had it. For the amount of work he had to do (Wasn't much) and the fact that I already knew what the problem was, I thought he could of cut me a little break on the price. However I still felt it was justified since he did come out on a Sunday evening, and within an hour and a half of me submitting the service request.

Very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to fix ,repair and install the equiptment and systems in my home. James worked on both my security and internet system. He found the problems right away and suggested the best way to fix them. James did not talk "Tech talk" ,but explained in terms I could understand.
