Painting was excellent. Contractor did great job, was great to work with and did job in 4 days. They went over and above what I asked for. Would highly recommend them.

Premier Painting is a very high-quality painting company. When I knew it was time to paint our home I went to Angie’s List and selected three paint companies to give me an estimate. I selected Premier Painting not only because their price was the best but because I really liked Pete the owner and knew, he would be excellent to work with. They did an outstanding job and the house looks beautiful. Pete has attention to detail and is excellent at his craft. I highly recommend Premier Painting and would suggest you give them a try. I give Premier Painting a FIVE STAR RATING.

The job started on a Friday with pressure washing and prep work. The exterior painting of my house was completed the following Friday. The Contractor was very professional and I am extremely satisfied with the finished project. I highly recommend Premier Painting Professionals by Waagenaars.

Pete and his son, Zack, did an excellent job pressure washing, making necessary repairs to the siding, caulking, and painting the outside of our house. We wanted the same custom color--Pete was able to find the perfect color which was a standard color so that down the road if we ever needed it, it would be easier to get. He also went above and beyond by helping us in replacing a man door to our garage, and when we realized we wanted to get new outdoor lights which we had to order online, he made another trip out to install them for us. But most importantly, he met the deadline to get our house painted before the cattis flies hatched. Since we are by the river, each year these half-inch moth-like bugs hatch and get all over the windows and house. We didn't want them to get stuck in the paint. Pete worked around the rainy days and came at just the right time to get the job done before they hatched. The back side corner of our house is very steep which Pete was able to tackle. Since he is so strong, he was able to move a heavy extended ladder all around. Pete and his son, Zack, are very professional nice guys aiming at keeping the customer happy. We highly recommend them--especially if you are as picky as we are with details.

Pete did a great job of prepping the house and deck with sanding and pressure washing. He took his time painting and did a fantastic job. Pete is a nice guy and was always punctual and left the job site clean every day.

Pete did an excellent job with the painting of our home...he showed up every day he said he would and did a fantastic job with our color scheme! As a commercial construction contractor I'm pretty picky on work done at my home and Pete is a craftsman! Bottom line: Pete does excellent work, shows up when he says he will, and is very personable and professional. Hire this company you wont regret it.

I sent two requests for a quote and never received an acknowledgment or response from either email.

Fantastic, phenomenal, terrific. I was blown away by Pete's professionalism, attention to detail and going above and beyond. The man is an old school craftsman who cares deeply about making the customer happy. He and his son did a great job painting our house. Near the end of the job, I was admiring his work and I made a comment about wishing I could take down our old TV antenna off the chimney, but the roof was too steep for me to climb up there and do it. Much to my delight, he took it down for me! Hire this man to paint your house -- you will not be disappointed. He is a rock star.

Having just moved to Coeur d'Alene, I'm grateful to Angie's List reviews for introducing us to Pete when we needed the exterior of our newly purchased home painted. His bid was most reasonable and included making certain that small repairs to siding were made and wood to be stained was properly prepared before he painted. His attention to detail was marvelous and greatly appreciated. One of his sons helped with trim painting and he, too, did excellent work. Pete's a fun guy and loves what he does. My husband and I have lived in many homes and worked with dozens of subs over the years and we agree we'd put Pete among those at the top who are not only great at what they do but who take pride and find joy in doing good work.

Folks, listen: I honestly don't think there is a better painter than this guy. He went WAY above and beyond on doing the job RIGHT, much better than the last person who painted my house! He repaired siding, took care of a million nail holes where they put the siding on wrong, caulked around the windows that hadn't been done - an EXTREMELY professional job! The back of my house is about 4 stories high, and other painters didn't want to even try it. Pete Waagenaar did it with ease. Pete Waagenaar was extremely prompt, courteous and professional. His diligence to detail far exceeded our expectations. His preparations including the pressure washing demonstrated his vast knowledge of his profession. He ensured that the house was completely dry after pressure washing, and before painting. He took great measures to ensure that there was no paint overspray. After completion of the job, he has us do a walk around for anything that we weren't satisfied with. And even after that he completed his own walk around and found a couple of areas that HE wasn't satisfied with. The entire experience was an absolute pleasure. We would use his services inside and out if future needs arise. Highly recommend this painter!

Pete did a fabulous job and also did some other work like getting old windows unstuck that had multiple years of paint on them, ...30 years. he also does all work by hand, no spraying. I'll definitely hire him again!

Pete did an extraordinary job painting our home. I cannot speak highly enough of his knowledge of paint and the painting process, his eye for color, his attention to detail, and his commitment to achieving an excellent result. Pete works alone and is consistently efficient, reliable, and good-humored. He has an unsurpassed commitment to customer service. Over and over again, he recommended excellent solutions to challenges (our house had not been painted in some time and the wood was excessively dry) and expertly chose the correct paint for both our new and older construction, including trim work. Pete also quickly incorporated into his work several "beyond painting" items, seeing a minor repair need and fixing it as he moved along. Our home is on a hillside and has several levels, and Pete painted during some extremely hot days, but did everything beautifully. Friends and neighbors have repeatedly commented as to how excellent our home looks, calling it "positively transformed!" I would heartily recommend Pete's services without qualification. His wife, Janna, who handles office matters, was equally pleasant and easy to work with.

I would definitely recommend Pete Waagenaar for any house painting needs. He was professional, on time, there when he said he would be and extremely knowledgable. He went above and beyond. The house color and trim go together perfectly. Our neighbors have actually stopped as they drove by to comment on how great it looks!

His service and work was amazing. He went above and beyond the painting. He re crewed the shutters and when he saw my sister working on the garage door, he spent 45 minutes helping her. This had nothing to do with painting, but he was k ind enough to take time from his painting to help her. The paint job was wonderful and his service and attitude matched the quality of his work. I can't express enough how thrilled I am with Waagenaar's Painting. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, fairly priced, and the work performed turned out beautifully - my home is like new! In addition to that, however, Peter and his wife were so helpful and flexible with my odd schedule as I was moving out of one home and into another - without knowing when. This caused the stressful situation of moving to be multiplied. Peter was very understanding of this situation and made sure that he was able to complete the work in my crazy time crunch - to have this huge project handled so smoothly and with care was so wonderful and such a relief to me at a time when I really felt like I might lose my mind : )

OH MY Gosh I have never had a contractor do just a great job. He is so professional and has a lot of pride in his work. He does all the painting his self and doesn't hire others to do the work. The work is done perfectly. He did so many extra things that really made a difference. For example: When he saw that I needed several boards replaced on my fascia he made new ones and replaced them. He didn't just paint over them. When he saw a roof shingle blow off, he replaced it for me. When he saw that all my gutters were sagging (the gutters are around the whole house), he placed screws in the gutters so they would be held tightly against the house. He also patched a few holes that were in the gutters so they didn't drip on my deck. It's all these extra things that made a big difference and he did those without any extra charge for the painting. He place two coats on the house and caulked all the nail and seem holes. The house looks so nice!! It looks like new, prefect.

We had some delays because of the weather. The painter showed up on time every day that he could paint. He came early and worked all day. He did a good job and did not create any problems.
