+ -1 moreThe contractor set up a time to come out and look at the situation and give a bid. Arrived on time and sketched out preliminary plans and offered a price on the spot. Agreed and ordered the railings for a two-step descent from front porch to walkway and for a three-step descent to patio in rear of house. Materials would be fabricated of iron and powder-coated for best appearance and resistance to weathering. There was an approximately two-week delay between fabrication and installation due to coordinating with the powder-coating company which is a separate company. As soon as units were coated, contractor phoned to set up installation time and appeared promptly. Installation work was quick and clean, with sturdy installation. Design was both functional and attractive. Would use this contractor again.
Description of Work: Contract was to design, fabricate, powder-coat, and install two iron ADA-compliant hand rails on front steps (mounted to concrete) and on rear patio steps (mounted to house and concrete).
