Josh is awesome with his communication. Very reliable and dependable. His rate was very reasonable. I had a tree removed and it was done well, even with the clean up. Not only that, he took away scraps I had piled up in my yard. He went the extra mile and it was appreciated. A definite recommend and a rehire I have more tree projects.

The gentlemen that did the work he was so pleasant and professional he came and gave us an estimate. came back when he said he would.. cleaned up all the ships and everything. and the big thing is that this tree stump was in the middle of my flowers and the worker did a great job at not causing any damage

The owner and work crew were super nice and went out of their way to make sure every detail was taken care of. They were professional, careful and took down a very large tree with no problems and no damage to surrounding landscape. The cleanup was great and they even filled little holes and planted grass seed.

We had 3 estimates for lightning hit pines that needed to come down. One contractor was closer and thought the good old boy routine would assure him of the job -not. The second was too busy to come look, wanted photos instead. The 3rd was Strong Roots Tree Service. Josh gladly drove down for a look-see. Even though he was not the lowest estimate, his presence and knowledge of trees and forests sold me the day he came. I am thrilled I hired him while hubby was in deer camp. We all clicked perfectly, and the work done was excellent. When we have more tree work that needs doing, guess who I will be calling, Happy happy happy.

Josh is reliable - he arrives on time, follows up, and he left the area around the tree that he pruned very tidy.

Returns phone calls,is at his appointments when he says he will be. Cleans up after himself. Classy.

Josh was prompt in his initial contact about my request for a partial removal of a tree. He was courteous and went out of his way to get the work done on my schedule. He not only cleaned up the mess left from his work, but he cleaned up the limbs cut by the power company a week earlier. I am so very impressed with Strong Roots Tree Service. They were extremely professional, dependable, and friendly. They worked hard until the job was done, doing whatever it took to do what was being requested. They cleaned up EVERYTHING so well that it was like they were never there!
