+ -1 moreSherman and Donavan were totally professional and personal. What's more, with research, I found the problem most likely would cost somewhere around 200- 300 dollars. When I first talked to Sherman, he said problem sounded.like it would cost into 2-300$ range. Right on base with research. When they got here (in only 25 minutes) the problem was a little more than expected. Even though the problem was a little more than expected and they had to do more investigating to find it, they quickly found it. I was expecting Bill to be more than quoted as it took more time. Final bill, $199. Less than original quote, even though it took more time than they expected! Definitely call "Tactical Electric! "
