I got the number from my neighbor that had some work done , called them and spoke we Daniel. He was very friendly, asked to get a quote done and we scheduled a time for the visit. Jody(not sure if that is his name) came out and was very friendly and he got the quote done in about 10 mins. I called Daniel back to schedule an appointment and they had a slot for the next day. I asked if we had to be home due to everyone in our household had to work, He asked if he could send his guys out just to go over the job. Jon showed up at the allotted time and he was very friendly as well. I did not meet any of the guys that did the job but they did an amazing job! Cleaned up very well, made sure they did not damage my sprinkler system, or any of my trees. They were working with a very small entry. I would for sure pass along the name of this company. I will be using them again to redo my driveway.

I would highly recommend this company, they follow through what they promise.

We had the side of our house concreted about 850 feet. From the beginning the owner Daniel and crew were not on the same page on the project. We had agreed on dates, which they did not meet. Crew and owner treated this as a side job, but paid just as much as everyone else. Owner yelled at me when I questioned why crews had not shown for 2 days. Bottom line unprofessional owner. Took gates off and did not reattach them when done. Before even pay the balance 2 cracks in concrete. I was very sad for the attitude from the owner. I felt the owner should have some interest in clients concerns and show at project site.

We met six different guys doing work for Rock Hard Concrete, and all six were great guys, dedicated and extremely hard workers. Whoever is doing their hiring should get a raise. Rock Hard Concrete showed up when they said they would and completed the job on schedule. In today's world of flaky contractors and crappy work, Rock Hard Concrete was a pleasant surprise. I won't use anyone else for future concrete projects. We couldn't be happier with our new driveway pad.

We got multiple quotes to build a front porch with wood frame and composite decking. We then contacted Angies and Rock Hard Concrete was recommended. Their quote for the front porch, walkway, and driveway was the same as the wood/composite deck would have been. When Robert and Steve showed up to start the porch, Steve suggested we change the design because our plan was for a rectangular porch with a straight drop off on one side. He recommended and mocked up a layout and we loved it. They got the job done in just over a week. Everyone walking in the neighborhood compliments the work and we love driving up and seeing our new driveway and porch.

Stay Away! Dishonest and unprofessional, what more do you need. They spray painted all over our concrete and house. On the day of the job the owner instructed his guys to walk off and they acted as if they were going to be right back, instead of handling professionally. When we talked with the owner, Daniel he had many excuses, our pool, they were uncomfortable with the job, he has a hurt leg, he was worried his guys would get hurt bringing equipment into our back yard, that we were rude and questioning him (while all I was doing was trying to understand the pricing by asking questions). The night before, while we were asking questions about the proposal and job he accidentally texted us talking bad about us. How easily this owner was to anger would worry me doing any work with them. Thankful we had not given them any money, his emotions run the show. Surprised by the reviews on here, but google reviews are more similar to mine.

While hauling the concrete to our backyard, a couple of the guys ran through our neighbor's yard with their machines. However, they quickly corrected that and didn't end up doing too much damage to our neighbor's lawn. They were very conscientious about their work, and only brought in a big crew when necessary. The new patio looks fabulous! By the suggestion of the foreman, we did a colored concrete to match the house and they did an acid stain on the existing pad to tie everything together. Couldn't be happier with the outcome! The whole process was very quick and at the right price, and the extra cost of colored concrete was well worth it! Would definitely recommend Rockhard!

When the concrete project was started they rolled the grass back to set the forms for a re-pour of our patio. At the completion of the project there was excess gravel and concrete that overflowed into the trench where they pulled the grass back. The supervisor told me that they would roll the grass back into place to set the forms but would roll back when they were done. Another employee told me that they would remove the excess gravel from the trench and knock off the excess concrete that spilled out from over and underneath the forms. Toward the completion of the work, it appeared they were not going to haul away the gravel and chip away the excess concrete so I called Daniel who was on another call and said just a moment and instead of putting me on hold, I ad to listen to him yell at the other caller about some equipment that needed to be fixed. I felt this was very unprofessional. When he was finally able to then continue the conversation with me, I told him about the gravel and concrete in the trench to verify they were going to remove it. He told me they are not in the landscape and sprinkler business and told me to read what was noted on the original paperwork. I wasnâ t asking him to do the landscaping and replace the creative curbing that was destroyed, I just was simply asking them to clean up their mess made from the project.

after a rocky start with a concern for an employee that did not work out a new crew took over and work was done quickly and professionally. a bonus was one of the crew told us about our porch that had problems.

They were very knowledgeable and explained everything. They did a great job, did it in a timely fashion and cleaned up well.

Excellen all around, no complaints whatsoever.
