They did a great job job of adding a concrete deck onto our existing deck. They were very customer service oriented and made sure the work was done to our liking. They worked in 105 degree weather and did not skip a beat. This was a tough job to remove sod, level the soil and pour. Lots of prep work on a very rocky piece of property.

Professional, quality work. The company responded quickly when I asked for a bid, & started quickly after the bid was accepted. No other contractors I spoke with were willing to replace our sidewalk, saying they didn't want to deal with the city permitting process.

I love the job they did. They finished the entire job in two days. If I have anymore jobs with concrete I will hire them again. The whole crew was there and handled it all perfectly.

This company was excellent. They went over our expectations to make our sidewalk look more attractive with our landscape

The only reason for a 4.5 rating on "work quality" was because of a haphazard application of concrete sealant. Rockhard Concrete did excellent work, the crews were professional and obviously very experienced in replacing and expanding my driveway, The owner was available and quick to respond to all my calls. I would definitely call this Rockhard for any project involving concrete replacement or installation.

A scheduling opening allowed for same day quote, next day start and two day completion for replacement of a concrete driveway. It doesn't get any better than that. The crew members were professional and the crew chiefs were very obviously experienced. A major plus for completing the job was that Rockhard has the right equipment and people that know how to use it.

The crews that did the work were fantastic. They did a great job. They did it right and it looks great.

The job was done correctly and with a professional manner.

They installed concrete piers for exterior deck support posts; some in-house communication issues resulted in some on site corrective measures; however, in the end all turned out very well.

The crew did a great job - had the whole driveway, side driveway and side walkway done in a week. Everything looks great. Very satisfied and the price was competitive.

They did everything that was on the bid plus more for the agreed price. Work was good quality, crue was excellent.

Daniel and his team are very hardworking and put in a beautiful new porch, walkway and driveway on our property. Talk about curb appeal. NOW we have it!!!! It was unfortunate that my driveway turned out poorly. The guys worked hard, but the finished job is sloppy. The driveway cracked within two weeks, has pock marks that should have been worked out and the cut lines are garbled together in certain areas. The owner had no integrity and would not come and look at it. Once he had our money he wasn't about to make things right. He kept talking in circles, telling me, that is the way it should look . We had several other contractors and our home owners agent give second opinions and all agreed that it did not look good . Obviously, with the high ratings for this Company they must do a good job most of the time, but if they happen to make a mistake ..........you can't count on Daniel to make it right. It was a disappointing experience.

Scheduling can be tough if you're planning several weeks out and working with multiple contractors, but they were very flexible and professional. Al and Leo were fantastic, professional, and extremely hard working. I will hire Hard Rock for any concrete work we need in the future.
