Dan put in a bid. Came down on bid to match competitor. Pulled 3/4 of roof off and then informed us that he made an error in the bid. Instead of 34 squares it was now 46 squares. Met with me and told me he needed more money or it was better for him to walk as he could make more money instead of losing money on this project. Tried to work with him on using a cheaper shingle to keep the cost close. He blamed me for his bid and chose to walk leaving us with a mess and a home unprotected. Spiked the job and tried to get more money. So unethical. Don't know how people like this sleep.

From the quote from Dan Kruger to the install by Sam Stoner, David Pledger, Dan McCullough, and Gary Neff, the whole experience was very professional. They team responded to changes to re-do the walkway promptly and even fixed the sprinkler system. They went above and beyond and was reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company.

The service was professional, experienced and thorough. Every step was explained. The workers were courteous . Clean-up after was outstanding. Our drive looks so good two of our neighbors hired Rockhard as a result.

These men were very maticulate. After they left, you would never know they were here. They used 4X8 sheets of plywood to drive there Bobcat on so it wouldn't make tracks in my yard.
