About us

Mike Orsua is the owner and operator of RedBand Valuations, LLC. He hold the SRA designation from the Appraisal Institute where he is currently the Chairman of the Education Committee. He also holds the MNAA designation from the National Association of Appraisers. Mike has been appraising residential properties in North Idaho and Eastern Washington since 2010. Prior to residential appraising, he appraised commercial property and also worked in loan origination. He has exceled in high value, unique and custom properties making him one of the highest demand Appraisers in Northern Idaho and Eastern Washington. He has provided litigation support for contested properties, estate properties, retrospective analysis and tax disputes.
