Obtained a wood burning fireplace from Quality for a lake house build. The general contractor made numerous errors, causing problems for Quality. Nonetheless, they continued to deliver, even though they had to come back several times to address the prep errors made by general. After install, when I had some questions about operating the fireplace, Tyler spent a long time helping me out, answering questions, looking up their notes on my install, etc. I don't know if pricing was good-the fireplace is a high end model, so costly-but the service from Quality was outstanding

Purchased replacement stove from Quality Stoves. They also installed the new stove and did an excellent job -- blended well with old chimney, clean installation process. LOVE the new stove!

I knew I wanted a Lopi stove and and quot;Quality Stoves and Home Furnishings Inc.and quot; in the Lopi representative in our area. I like to read reviews by other consumers and hoped to find one on Quality Stoves. However, the only review I found was very negative. In fact it was so negative I wondered about it. Nevertheless, I visited the store in Post Falls, Idaho. The store itself is a pleasant experience and I found a variety of models of Lopi stoves as well as several other well known brands. The showroom has plenty of room to display the different models making it easy to compare the features and designs. We were happy to discover that this is a family business and found Jeff and his family to be courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We ordered our new stove and set a date for the installation. Jeff's installers arrived on time and began work as promised. They were courteous and clean, taking care not to track in the snow and mud outside; and despite the adverse weather they were able to complete our installation in one day, something I did not expect but really appreciate. My wife and I highly recommend this business to anyone considering the purchase of a wood burning stove.
