Very well.
Description of Work: two garage door hinges had broken. A previous garage door repair shop said they would fix it only by updating all the hinges on the (double wide) door. Overhead Door replaced only the broken hinges at a considerable cost saving.

Description of Work: I don't remember the price, but for a new main spring to replace the one which broke, and a new motor (whisper quiet), which is more powerful than the cheap one the builder used, and the amount of time the installer/repairman put it, it was absolutely worth every penny.

Brad showed up at 3 pm as scheduled. He got right to work and had it all repaired within 30 minutes. He also went over some basic routine maintenance that should be done (I.e. Lubricating hinges and wheels). I stated that I checked them out on Angie's List and he asked if I had the discount coupon, which I printed but forgot to mention. I would definitely use them in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced both torsion springs on our insulated double 16x7 garage door. Lubricated all hinges and wheels. Fixed light bulb socket on garage door opener.

He was extremely cordial. Price wise he was reasonable. It was in the middle of winter so he could not adjust the spring because he needed the door drive for it but he hanged all the bolts and oiled everything.

He came and gave us an estimate the day after our call. He was very knowledgable. He brought products to show us. Because this was an insurance claim, we had to get two estimates. The insurance company then picked the estimate that was closest to their figures. His estimate was only off by about $100. So we went with another company.
