 + -1 moreWent awesome. Scott Hansen has a very professional appearance and demeanor. Showed up on time. After reviewing my two roofs he recommended waiting until it warms up (since the caulking wouldn't adhere well now) to make the minor repairs. He assured me it would be fine through the winter. The previous roofer that came out said I needed $1,600 worth of work, ripping up much of what looks like a good roof and it was imperative to do this major work asap. btw that was DJ's roofing that said I needed all that work. So....Scott didn't try and get my money now and said it was a very minor fix. Oh and of the 7 roofers I called he's one of only 4 that called back. Good guy. Only thing that was a bit confusing was that I read and called the review for Kootenai Roofing but his card said Precision Roofing. No bigee he said he is taking over Kootenai's customers as he is retiring.
Description of Work: Looked at my roofs (shop/house) and gave me his opinion of what needs to be done and provided me with an estimate.

 + -1 moreThey responded quickly, knew exactly what the problem was and estimated repair to take place in 2 days. They were extremely busy with other jobs but sandwhiched me in between activities. Definitely use again.
Description of Work: replaced vent shields around 3 vent pipes, re-secured shingles in two gutters, replaced several worn shingles.

Description of Work: Removed, cleaned, re-installed skylight flashing, installed new shingles as needed, added some step shingles.
