I was quoted $1,700 to repair an under the bathroom sink leak which ended up being a $40 part to fix. This on top of me purchasing a new faucet on my own. I got off with a service charge luckily

1,200 was charged for installing two kitchen faucets, which should have been no more than $600 for two faucets. Always pay these scam turkeys with a credit card, so that you can open a credit card dispute and get your money back. Do not use this company.

Bruce was a consummate professional. He came out and assessed our old hot water tank, and then went to bat for us with the home warranty company for replacement approval. Once approved, he replaced the hot water tank quickly and was on his way, leaving the work area cleaner than when he got there. I highly recommend Glenrose Plumbing Service.

They are very good. They did a great job. The first trip was less than an hour because it was just assessing what they needed and the second time it was a couple of hours each time to get everything done. We have a big home and there were a lot of little jobs to do. They were very timely.

As the weather turned colder, I discovered my cut off valve to the outside hose bibs was faulty and would not close off water running to them. I called on Monday 11-10 about 11am to seek assistance, but they were booked up. The very friendly woman who answered my call to the office, scheduled me for the first available appointment for 11-11 for 8am to 10am. The day of the appointment I received a call at 7:40 letting me know the plumber was on his way and he arrived shortly after 8am. The plumber who came to my home was named Drew. He came to the door with a smile and was very professional. He took care to protect our carpets and respected our home, which I very much appreciated. I showed him the issue, he and I discussed options for resolving it and he went about his work. His communication was stellar. I was so pleased with them, I wrote an email to the company complimenting them on having such a great team of folks. I would not hesitate to call them again when I needed work done.

Glenrose Plumbing installed a Moen Kitchen faucet in 2009 with a lifetime warranty for over $600 but refused to give us the Moen paperwork ie. warranty and instructions saying they would take care of us. Called Glenrose Plumbing to repair this faucet in 2014. They came out right away but did not have the proper parts on hand to repair it. Charged $152 with tax to tell us what the Moen phone number was and incorrectly tell us now what the model series faucet was. Finally bought a cheap faucet and new flex line at Lowe's for about $50 and replaced it myself. This is a horrible business model - I will never use them and obviously advice everyone else not to as well.

Our carpet outside the bathroom just recently started taking on water. Not knowing where it was coming from it was time to call someone. Heather addressed my issue over the phone and set an appointment. Other company's wanted to charge me a fee to just come out and take a look. Heather said they would come out and take a look at no charge, then if there was a problem they could fix it on the spot. Feeling like I was in a state of emergency this calmed my nerves, knowing I wouldn't have to set another appointment to fix the possible problem later. The gentleman that showed up, was very polite, dressed nice in a company uniform and a pleasure to talk to. He diagnosed the problem and pointed out the water buildup under the bathroom sink. The sink and all the fittings were probably original and old as the house itself (20 years) - He recommended all of it be replaced and quoted me $450. He already had all the parts and could start immediately. The whole job took several hours and the bathroom looked cleaner after he was done than before he started :) When he was done he went over all the numbers with me and gave me a detailed explanation to every question. Glenrose Plumbing was very easy to work with, met all my needs and charged me a fair price. I'll use them again and will recommend to my friends and family. Thanks guys :)

Have used Glenroses' services many times to repair plumbing issues on several rental units. Called Heather and asked to have a plumber go to a duplex on Magnolia and address a couple of issues. The plumber showed up when expected and looked at the pipe that was leaking and at the bathroom sink faucet and got right to work. I left the project and the plumber to repair the two items. A week later I got a bill for over $500, I called Heather and said there must be a mistake. The job was simple and straightforward. Should have taken no more than one hour. She said she would check with management and get back which she did, stating that was indeed the bill. Cap off one pipe and replace a $39 faucet, over $500. Ridicules! Needless to say I will NEVER use Glenrose Plumbing services again!

The representative that showed up at my house was gruff and not very friendly. His response was over dramatic, and 'this is going to be expensive' to fix. It was overkill and it appeared to be a tactic to create a sense of urgency. Their prices were TRIPLE of other bids, I couldn't believe it. I don't know about the quality of their work, but be sure to shop around for prices. I ended up using a different company in the valley that is not listed on here - United Plumbing. Great work and amazing prices.

The experience was very positive. They have done some work with us before that and I think they do a great job. I have had no problems with them. They have always been very prompt, professional and clean up after themselves. I think their pricing is about middle of the road. Their responsiveness has always been great. I will use them again in the future.

Glenrose Plumbing and Heating came back to our home after the first install of a kitchen faucet (Dec 2008) and completely replaced our leaking kitchen faucet (it was defective). Not only did they bend over backwards to assist us with the problem, but they took care of the warranty leg-work of the faucet - which saved both of us time and effort. I would use these folks again without hesitation. They showed up when they said they would and were courteous - not only to me, but respectful of our home. I really appreciate this company.
