Diligent Home Inspection

He was thorough and spent allot of time on the project

I got his info on Home Advisor, within minutes he called me, told me what he offered. A few days later i called to schedule an appointment. He came two days later, on a Saturday, spent over two hours at the house I['m buying, pointed out minor repairs and maintenance, told me the age of the water heater and air conditioner, tried to get the fireplace to work, and couldn't. Terrific. And two days later sent me a detailed report including of the maintenance items And a very pleasant and knowledgeable man.

Mike is so professional. He explains things so well. He is very prompt in arriving as well as with the inspection reports which were key to my making decisions with more confidence. I highly recommend this company!
