Mike is very very detailed in his inspection on the exterior and the interior of the house. His rates are very reasonable and I found to be some of the lowest in the industry. Mike takes the time to explain to you and show you what he has found what his concerns are and what his recommendations are for your next step. I appreciated Mike's detailed work and information.

Mike is both punctual and thorough. Even though it was pouring cats and dogs before our inspection he did not let it stop him from getting the job done. He takes his time and he explains his findings in layman terms so you can understand if you don't have a construction background. He was very polite and did an excellent job. His flexible schedule and competitive pricing is a big plus too.

Mike is an expert at his work - very polite, very cognizant of his time and finished on time. The only minor delays came when his final report was missing some of the faults we discovered at our new home, so it took about a day to update those details in the new report before we could call it final. He doesn't make a mess, he does his job and will tell you upfront what he will and cannot do as part of the inspection. His work was perfect and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an inspection. The price also was very reasonable in comparison to some of the other places I called.
