Day & Night Plumbing & Drain

The vendor did not call me back. I tried contacting them around midnight Thursday with a plumbing emergency (water leaking through the ceiling from an upstairs tub) and again at approximately 8 a.m. I didn't receive a call back from either contact. So day and night plumbing doesn't seem to be open either day or night. Very disappointing - as if the actual plumbing problem wasn't enough of a nightmare, not being able to get ahold of any of the 'open 24 hours' operations just added to my frustration.

The guy that works for us is Nick. This guy has worked on my house for eight times. So I had a plumbing problem this summer so I just called him because I knew him. He did the house and that’s basically why I called him. He didn’t charge me anything this time. I would use him again in the future. He called me back within an hour I called him and he was here the next day to do the work. He came here when he said he was going to come. He called me twice before coming. First day he called to tell that he would be coming tomorrow and the next day he called to tell that he his on his way and I appreciate that. I think that he did a good job.
