Tyler Dykes repaired our fireplace to work efficiently and properly after 5 1/2 years of technicians, including one supervisor we’re not able to diagnose the real problem. Tyler was great Personal efficient, clean and knowledgeable. Kieth VanHorn came to the house to repair the condensate box that was leaking. Kieth was also personal knowledgeable, efficient, and clean. And gave assurance that says we’ll figure something out for you. These two were the best in 5 1/2 years. It seemed that they were very experienced.

I had an amazing experience thanks to Gaven and Texas. They were both very polite and professional the entire installation process. They answered every question I had and helped me learn the new system, I’m not a tech savvy person. I would highly recommend bills heating and I look forward to dealing with them for maintenance every year!

First I must say, I Never give reviews or surveys, but did so here because there seems to be no customer service or pride of workmanship anymore. Bill’s Heating & AC is an exceptionally well run business, every employee from the first phone call to the last man that left my house was polite, professional and prompt. I can’t find any complaint with any aspect of their service. It gives me confidence that investing this much money in my property was well spent. Thank you Sean and all your team that pulled this job off in one day! You’re all amazing and refreshing. I highly recommend Bill’s Heating & AC.

Couldn’t be more pleased!! Adam and Taylor are awesome! Had a new hearing and cooling unit put in and this unit is so sweet! Just quiet and provides nice warm heat! Electricians were great too!! Adam came back and n my ade sure everything was going good! Great crew at Bills!!!

I had a furnace tuneup check and the repairman said I needed a Blower motor capacitor he wanted $85.00 for the Part I looked on line and they were priced at $5.50 I told him NO and said I would not use them again. The service fee was ok but I had the furnace not working in my shop and ended up calling them again. I had an appointment for Friday between 2-4 PM we received a call saying he was running late but would be here, then later he called and canceled ??? He said he could come out two days later. He called and showed up on Sunday after noon and said I needed a relay on line at Amazon it is $12.55, He said it was $100.00 and thjat is how they make there money- RIPPING PEOPLE OFF - NEVER AGAIN

I scheduled an appointment with Bill’s. Prior to the arrival of the repairman, I called back and told the person who answered the phone about the hole in the braided flexible pipe and asked about contacting the repairman to let him know the issue. I was told that would not be necessary and that I could just tell him when he got to my house. The repairman did not have the pipe, and, in a phone call to his supervisor, he was told he could not go get the needed pipe. The repairman said the only thing he could do was sell me a new water heater. I was still required to pay a $60+ fee for the service call. If the repairman had been notified about the pipe ahead of time, he could have either brought a replacement pipe with him or said he did not have what he needed to do the repair and cancelled the appointment. I left three voicemail messages for Jim, the service manager, to complain. He was not courteous or professional enough to return my calls. UPDATE AS OF 08/04/2022: Rachel from Bill’s returned the voicemail messages for Jim, the service manager. She understood my concern and volunteered to refund the service call fee.

The workmen showed up right on time. They were very professional. They had to remove our old furnace first and then install the new one. They did a great job! They kept their work space clean and cleaned up after they were finished. We would hire Bill's Heating and Air again.

They stopped by for 5 minutes, misdiagnosed the tank to be broken and only wanted to sell me a thankless water heater. I hand another company one out and they replaced the ovreflow valve. The tank was not cracked or leaking, it was just the overdressed valve.

Bill's was prompt, professional and courteous. They analised the problem, gave me three options, repair, replace or enhance. I chose replace and we had a new furnace the next day. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Hands one of the best experiences,,In short: Called for a quote, came to my house with a couple of hours, and provided the quote on-site. Made my decision to proceed, scheduled/installed in a couple of days later. Huge crew, specialty framing, plumbing, electrical all arrived and completed the job with the business day. They scheduled the inspection/passed that day as well, but the inspector had to re-schedule for the following day. Then followed up to enroll the warranty and make sure everything was working. My husband and I come from a strong construction background and were VERY pleased with the service.

It was quick, they did a good job, and they even put carpet runners down while working. They were done within three hours.

First contact was poor customer service. I did not use them for the work.
