Well I never received any of the names of any of the people that I have talked to first off, it's like they run from that question like the plague. Two days after the ace plumbing came and fixed my water heater my son in law took a shower in my basement bathroom (which is where my water heater is) my basement flooded. First I didn't know what was going on no one is ever down their. So after further inspection my sump-pump was knocked from the plug. Mind you it is in it's own room that no one ever needs to go into, it was only a few feet from where he was working and right where the plug was. So long story short I had to replace my whole basement laminate flooring. It took weeks for them to get back to me and when we did finally get to talk to them they came and looked and said that they would pay half. Well pay day came and went and I called them back and guess what, now they don't want to pay anything. I have talked to them about 15 times now and called probably about 35 or so times. My basement is 2200 sq ft. and I paid a lot to replace all the flooring plus all the time. I am trying to sell my house so this has all been very inconvenient. today I talked to them and they said that they are not going to pay anything at all. There is not enough characters left to explain it all, but after a very colorful conversation with him where I remained totally cool and captured on tape. This is a new guy now that I am talking to and this man tells me that he knows the layout of my house and that there is no way it was their fault. I finally told him, listen all I wanted was for you to pay half, he refused, I told him that I have my ducks in a row and I am going to have to take him to small claims court. I did then tell him that he was a jackass. He told me that he was going to counter sue me for calling him a jackass. I told him to go ahead. When that did not get the reaction that he wanted he told me that he was going to charge me 2200 dollars if I sued him. I informed him that I had already paid him for his time and parts. I then asked him for his address please and he hung up on me. I would advise not using Ace Plumbing. They have offices in Rathdrum, Post Falls, and Sandpoint just go to someone that you know is reliable.
