Much of this job was complicated from the get go, not least because we had only general ideas about what we wanted. We worked with Heather Jennison and she was super. She worked with us over the course of many review and design sessions and ultimately came up with a number of designs that proved just right for us. As might be expected with a complicated job, things didn't always go right the first time through. That is where you can separate the good company from the excellent company because these folks, and Heather especially, never shirked responsibility and just kept at things until things were right. I recommend Heather without qualification.

We have worked with Ryan Wells at Fairway for about 8 years purchasing flooring for several rentals and for our own home. He is very knowledgable providing suggestions and possibilities for any project we have had. He understands the price constraints of rental properties and works to help find the best for the price. When we did our own home, he gave good advice on the products we were considering and helped us remain within our budget. The workmen he assigned to each job were prompt and professional. We have always been completely satisfied with every phase of the projects he have had this company do. Now when we have a job to be done, we do not bother to get another estimate. We just call Ryan at Fairway Floors.
