Description of Work: "Matt is new owner of Panhandle Pump who had been the provider of services for sewage lift station and lawn sprinkler system. Old pump would not shut off when valves were shut by time clock so it had to be manually operated. On Aug 7 I called Matt who diagnosed the problem and ordered a pump from another dealer 100 miles away. Being August and over 90 deg. every day there was urgency as we were out of town. Agreed to increased freight charge to expedite. The pump was not installed until the end of the month, and in spite of my request to assure that the system was working on the time clock, the system was not operable when I returned in early September. The new ""high pressure"" pump as installed would not even pop up all the sprinkler heads. The lawn was burnt up. It was only after I got mad and then made Matt mad that he came out and actually made the pump do what it should have in the first place; he left without even checking all the stations on the system. When I got the bill we were hundreds over what he had told me to expect; turns out that they had to subcontract out the changes to the piping at the pump; soldering none copper joints cost and additional $247. The real capper to this story is that they took my working pump and would not/could not return it. I would have used it at another location. Just so that you know, Matt does not know the words Thank You and your phone conversations will end with him telling you something and simply hanging up. This happened from the beginning, and not after he failed to perform in so many ways!"
