+ -1 moreI had used this company several times I the past and was quite satisfied with their service and price. I bought my wife a new laptop computer that had Windows 8 loaded on it, and I asked KBM to remove Windows 8 and replace with Windows 7. I was informed that Steve the technician I had always worked with in the past was no longer there, but that Kevin the owner could do it for me. When I came to pick up the computer, they handed me a bill for $665.00 with a discount of $300.00, so the total was $365.00. They never called me to say that it was a lot more work than they thought it would be, or to inform me of the costs. I only paid $450.00 for the whole computer. I feel that this was a total rip off.
Description of Work: They were to remove Windows 8 and replace with Windows 7 as the operating system
