Description of Work: He was a nice man, but he had trouble removing the transmission which was the part he was replacing and I believe that he broke another part which was going to cost us an additional $300.00. The transmission he was replacing was under warranty so the cost was no extra charge. I can't prove he broke it but he said the part that broke was brittle thats why it broke. Either way we were unsatisfied with his job and the additional amount it was going to cost us to fix it was the amount of brand new washer. So since we couldn't prove he broke it we bought a new machine.

+ -1 moreFirst Choice was on time and fixed the problem of the gas range. They need to order the microwave front panel and did come back promptly to install the panel. The work is satisfactory and the price reasonable, especially the trip charge is the cheapest and can be counted as credit if repair is performed.

+ -1 moreWe were really pleased. The price for him to come out was less than anybody else around and he came out the same day within four hours after we called. He was very prompt and he applied the service call to the total repair and the total was only $50. Everybody else's service call was going to be $80 or $90 and that did not include the repair. So we were very touched and it worked. It still works.
Description of Work: We used First Choice Appliance to repair our dish washer.
