Got mini-splits put in for my whole house. Guys who installed were super nice. However, After three days of installation, they stopped working after being up and running for only three hours. They came back that night and fixed. Seven days later they go out again. Called customer service and the lady was extremely rude to me saying they could not get anyone out until 9 pm. She then hung up on me. Called back and talked to a nicer lady who got me a tech by 6:30. Well unfortunately they do not know how to fix it so I have to wait for a tech that does... it has now been four days since then and still not fixed. I understand things take time to get up and running properly but paying 15k to have no properly functioning ac or heat in our home for over two weeks now is not acceptable to me. Especially when the nights are getting super cold and they are overly rude to you. Requested to talk to the manager and was told one would call me and that still has not happened either. If I could go back in time I would not start this project at all.

Right Now team are the best. Jeremiah gave us a quote and we could have had the systems installed the next day. We had 3 installers put systems in and they were very efficient. We had a little issue with the install but Kyle came and stayed until the heating system was working 100%. Would hire them in a minute when time to install new systems.

This truly is a five star company. They went over and beyond expectations!! Their knowledge and honesty, their professionalism, friendliness and courtesy all shined! We went ahead and also hired them to do our heater, air conditioning and water heater!! Very impressive company! They know what they are talking about!! Jeremiah, Kelly, and all their technicians are excellent. Wouldn't go anywhere else for our home needs!!!

get the sales guy to come and give you a quote first. I thought they would work with the front office. The guys that put the furnace in gave me a bill for two thousand dollars more than what we were first quoted. They did have to come back twice in the first two days. The first night the fan would not shut off. they came right over. It was a fuse. The next morning there was water all over the floor. they came right over. it was the hose to the condensate pump. They replaced it and it has been running good ever sense.

The Pro arrived on time, and quickly knew what the problem was. He repaired it in just a few minutes as he had the part with him. The only reason I'm not rating five stars is because of the receptionist who told me they worked with HWA, and the Pro stated he knew nothing about that. I had to write a check for the full amount and then wait almost two months to get my money back, less the service call from HWA. Not their fault they didn't have a contract with them. If I'd known I would have perhaps hired a Pro who did have a contract to be a vendor associated with my home warranty company and only had to pay $60. As a co pay. Overall very happy with the work done. Cindy
