Not only did he order the needed, when he replace the part, he lubricated and adjusted the door-opening mechanism. He then proceeded to lubricate and adjust the door-opening mechanism on my other garage door. With a smile!

I was very impressed with David from Garage Door Man. He was very knowledgeable and even fixed things that were wrong from the original installation that was done by another company. He responded to my inquiry the very next day, which was a Friday and came out on Monday and fixed our garage door. We had waited a week already for another repairer found in the phone book. I will be sure to The Garage Door Man for future garage door issues and also HomeAdvisor will be my goto from now on for other repairs and projects I have.

He was totally amazing. He got us a replacement for our 2 door garage for way under what I expected. And went way above and beyond to fix our little problems that arised.

David was very prompt in responding to my voicemail and very detailed in letting me know exactly when he would show up. He arrived on time and did a very thorough job of inspecting & testing all the parts and let me know every aspect of the repair before he proceeded. I'll call him again if needed and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends.
