 + -1 moreMy house looks fabulous! Shawn really went the extra mile without me even asking. It was almost like he knew what designs and details I had in mind! I entertain often, and now I am extra proud to show off my house.
Description of Work: I was having problems with the first installer. They just weren't cooperative and weren't listening to my needs and details that I wanted. I called Tom at Carpets Plus and he sent over Shawn of Strictly Flooring. He fixed what the first installers messed up, and really paid attention to detail. He was very friendly and showed me how much he appreciated my business. What a great guy!!
