+ -1 moreProvider took a long time to return calls or didn't return calls. During demo work, a pipe was not capped off correctly, so kitchen carpet was flooded. I pulled up half to two thirds of it myself and asked contractor to help pull up rest instead of having wet, dirty (because of construction) carpet left in kitchen until new flooring installed. I was charged for them helping me pull up the carpet THEY flooded! The quality of work the subcontractor did was very good. I realize this was a small, simple job on the scale of what Spring Creek does, but I certainly didn't feel they appreciated my business.
Description of Work: Demo, "oversaw" kitchen remodel, and finished job with sink & dishwasher installation.
