This was supposed to be done 7/30, the service tech came out and said that they could not set up due to cable that was buried underneath rocks across the street, they would have to fix cable before service could be established. I called the next week and Quest told me that there were not problems and that the tech had set us up. When we got home we checked and phone and internet still did not work. Thank goodness I had the Techs number saved on my phone and was able to track back and call him. He said he would call Quest and that NO we did not have service. Another week went by and we were able to get service. Then I get the bill, and the charges were not what I expected. instead of 50 plus 25 for installation, I am looking at well over $150 bill. To say I am displeased is an understatement. Communication is limited at best.... kind of peeved that I am also paying for 2 weeks worth of service that I did not receive!! The phone is still not working!!! Internet is good and is fast..... that is the only positive right now.... maybe if things improve or I get some reprieve I will add to my review. The service tech that came out was EXCELLENT - it is the people back at Quest that answer the phones and do the billing that have their heads in the sand...

It took about 30 minutes of online chat to set up service. They were helpful with figuring out what internet speed we wanted.

Again just had them start internet for me but set it up myself.

It never worked, ever. We had to switch after the first month because it did not work at all. It was really bad. That was a cheater contract which we just managed to get out of. They had good pricing, but it wasn’t worth it. They were good about responding, but they didn’t do anything.
