Description of Work: JD with platinum plumbing was excellent. He came out and gave me a free estimate to have some plumbing work done. I could only afford to have some of it done currently and he got the job done in about an hour. No more leaky hose faucets. He also laid down drop cloths in the living room which I thought was a very professional touch. I'd definitely recommend his services to anyone.

 + -1 moreHe was so good. The cost of the service was a lot, but it was reasonable. He was fast and he did it promptly.
Description of Work: We had a pretty good plumber and it is Platinum Plumbing. They had to do a whole lot of work in the basement of an old house. We had cast iron down there and he replaced it all with modern plumbing. The house is a hundred years old. It was a big job. We had to have all new plumbing in the basement in order to bring it up for a stackable washer and dryer that we have installed and a new bathroom.

Description of Work: Replaced an Electric water heater. This is the third time I have called on Platinum plumbing - He is my go to guy. I trust him completely - I talked to him about 12:30 pm and by 6 he had the new heater installed and the old one removed. He met his quote.

 + -1 moreThe company was timely. They arrived when they said they would. The work they performed was outside. It was the last job of the day and by the time they got there it had started to rain. I offered for them to come back when the weather was better, but they stayed worked in the cold wet weather. They finished the work quickly. I thought the company was very professional and I would recommend and unitize there services again in the future.

 + -1 moreI had a terrible problem with arranging a plumbing service for my project. I called Mr. Christensen, he came out right away and looked at the project. He told me that if he were to bring a crew out, they could finish it all up in a few days. He was very clear about exactly what he was going to be doing, he willingly explained everything to me and was very creative in his solutions. He saved me a lot of money. I was impressed by how clean he worked and how high the quality of the work was.
Description of Work: They installed new water lines, washer drains and dryer vents, a new main shut-off valve, and replaced a lot of pieces and parts that needed to be updated with my homes water system.

 + -1 morePlatinum has done a couple of other projects for us in the past and the work is always thorough and professional. JD had no problems accomodating our tricky construction schedule and unusual plumbing requests. Definatley our choice for future plumbing projects.
