Work started Feb 6th. Demolition went fine, finish work not so much. Spent very few full days working on our bathroom, usually there only 3 or 4 hours a day . Work was sloppy at best. Walls not straight or square, tile, not flat on the wall ect. There were several times when things had to be moved for them to gain access. Nothing was ever put back. I put back dished in the same cupboard three days in a row. There was something (coffee or hot chocolate) spilled on the carpet in our spare bedroom where they were storing the tools. The mess was never mentioned to us was half-way cleaned up with our bathroom towels which were than thrown in the corner and left and there is now a big stain in our carpet. On March 13th when job was not even half finished and what had been done was not satisfactory I asked him to get his stuff and leave. The total cost of the complete job was $9,100. To date we have paid him $7,961.84 for a job that is not even half done. Many things were started in our bathroom, but not one thing is finished not the electrical or the sheet rock or the tile or the paint or the floor or the linen closet . All these projects were started and much of the work done by him had to be taken down and redone by my husband. Did not even to offer to return any part of the money we have paid him so we can not even hire someone to finish our bathroom. There seems to be no advanced planing or attention to detail in his work so everything comes out sloppy, uneven, ugly or just palin wrong. Would never never never hire him again.
